He's actually the reason why I didn't post here in the Community forums. My first exposure to these boards was of him ranting about members of the Hype including some mods conspiring to get him or something crazy of that nature.

No mods were out to get him, if anything we kept him here longer than we should have....he got away with a lot because we knew he was baited into a lot of it. So to say that mods were conspiring to get him is totally incorrect.

Was there something truly wrong with thebumwhowalks? His posts always seemed so erratic from what I've read.

Thebum was straight up entertaining. You never knew what you got with him, and that's something that makes him stand out as one to be missed to me. A lot of people are just usernames that are pretty predictable, but that ole bum just walked into every thread and spread his particular type of charm in a special way. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. He was like a break dancing, reverse Rubik's cube.

Exactly why I didn't believe him and didn't venture further into this part of the Hype. I always did wonder why he lasted as long as he did, so now I know.
