Iron Man Armor revealed!

thanks..

Appreciate the kind words. I will show the Grey Armor design in full soon, when I can render it better to show what I wanted to do with it. Its probably a bit different than the way the film one will look. But Bob Layton had a kick when he saw it when I met him in Burbank.

I may even show my version of Crimson Dynamo. Again probably a way different design direction than the production would have intended.

Cheers, Brandon, that's great. Can't wait to see what you came up with.

And that's completely awesome that you got to meet Layton. Did your meeting have anything to do with the movie? I'd been wondering if he was consulted at all for the flick.

Sorry, I just couldn't help myself. I can't let this date pass without pulling a fast one. :woot:

See, you NEED to visit my site and not just look at pics here. :cwink:

BTW, I've read a few crank posts on other sites that don't include a note telling you a story is fake. I always include a subtle note indicating that.

Best regards,

Vic

P.S. Brandon Perlow was nice enough to supply me with the 'shopped image.

Dark Horizons had one that just for a second...had me thinking "oh boy" that sucks. But then I came to my senses. Check it out. Nice one btw. I thought it was odd no film crew were caught in the pic. LOL

I normally would let that slide, but since we've only seen a few picture anyway, yeah I do expect people to remember them all, but that's not what's important

What IS important is that it all but says it's a joke at the bottom of the freaking page!

Uhhh not if you didn't look at the page but just the pic here at first. What do you mean "let it slide"? LOL Like you're gonna punish people for not commenting on the picture before seeing the link. Puhhhleassse! :whatever:

Hmm, I want to believe it's real but who knows. I'm skeptical of this considering the day it was released. Also, that suit sort of reminds me of Mr. Freeze's suit from B&R. :wow::woot:

Don't worry, I am sure they will fix everything during Post-Production stage ;)

Goddamnit, they admitted it was fake!:cmad: Regardless, it would've been a cool design for the early armor.

A better April Fool's would have been Downey is back in rehab and Hasslehoff was replacing him.

S***!!! That's why I hate April 1st, it's worst day for movie news :down

That's awesome, man!

Robert Downey Jr. on the set of 'Iron Man'

Trying to find a bigger picture of this.

I'm almost drooling at the thought of all this.....Iron Man is, if I may, so totally cool.

True enough. Another reason why Doctor Who is so cult over here. Even with the new series.

Uh...where are the "top hat" transistors? And his roller skates?
