Before there was Marvel vs DC, there was Nintendo vs Sega. Then there was Neo-Geo, which no one actually bought on account of it being so expensive.

Eh... I would say the Marvel/DC thing has been going on longer than electronic gaming systems. :sly:

Indeed. Unfortunately I watched the recent French live-action Beauty and Beast shortly after watching Maleficent and was heavily reminded of Maleficent all throughout the 3rd act, which really dampened my overall impression of the film I think.

:ilv:

See this one.

Thankfully exposure to comic characters as a little kid was Spiderman and Batman, believing them BOTH to be cool and retained that to this day.

Either/or scenarios are not needed for this kind of subject.

was it not good? i heard it was supposed to be really really good
Yup, that's the one, but don't get me wrong, I generally liked it. The last act just featured some over-the-top stuff visually that reminded me a little too much of Maleficent so it kind of put me off of the last 15 minutes or so. A lot of shaky CGI. Also Cassel and Seydoux had zero chemistry, but overall I'd say it's still worth a watch. They still performed their roles well, and the cinematography, costumes and production design alone would still make it worthwhile, imo. It's one gorgeous movie.

6. X-men
7. Wolverine
8. Thor'
9. The Question (When others were into Sandman I was into Question)
10. FF/Aquaman
