Ollieagi and Roy-san!

Shishou and gakusei relationship.

No coincidence Waller is there outside Tiger's cell. The Suicide Squad gathering begins....

I literally cannot wait for this damn episode, I have been waiting for Ollie to take roy under his wing since he was introduced.

Woot! Just got my Internet back, had a power cut 15 hours ago and just got it back. Would have been a bummer if I missed the episode. Can't wait!

Ollie unmasks for Roy...I knew that would happen! :awesome:

I was hoping they would show him with the make-up around his eyes.

Doesn't need it with the mask

He clearly has some with the mask on. Just like we've seen with Batman, Robin, and Black Canary in their past depictions.

Another week with no poll!:cmad:

First,I enjoyed seeing Bronze Tiger getting sprung. As a kid,I always felt cheated when we didn't learn how the bad guy broke out of jail.Pretty nasty stuff, though.:barf:

The Roy training was the highlight,of course.I really like how Ollie used Shado's training for a different purpose.I figured the reveal to Roy wasn't too far off,but I'm not sure they couldn't hold off on it a bit more.I was expecting Ollie to give Roy some greasepaint for his eyes before taking him out.:hehe:

Moira's new subplot about running for mayor probably would've been better served without the dreadful trial storyline.

The Laurel storyline is equally unimpressive. It feels like we're being taken back to the least good aspect of the first season.Still,Sara's back! And I'm sure that signals good things for the future.

Curious to see how they plan to take over Ivo's ship.

Nice to see Roy taken into the lair.

We've got our first official member of Suicide Squad!

8/10

I like Laurels storyline, I can really connect with the whole drugs/drinking abuse, feeling alone type stuff she's going through. It's going to be a real treat when she comes around to redeeming herself and getting back on the right track.

I know people love to bash her, but I find her storyline to my liking. I'm pulling for her to get it back together again.

Loved all the Ollie and Roy stuff including the reveal. Team Arrow is starting to shape up a bit!

Still not totally invested in the Moira running for office and the whole Malcom is Theas father parts but they aren't a huge deal breaker or anything.

Bring on the Suicide Squad!

So...

-Roy learns Ollie is Arrow.

-Roy joins Team Arrow.

-Amanda Waller is putting a "squad" together.

-Sara encounters Laurel.

**** just got real. :wow:

This was a fine episode. I didn't think it was particularly memorable, but it wasn't terrible. I give it a 7/10.

Roy needs a freaking costume already. He should've had a mask when he and Oliver went out to confront Bronze Tiger the first time, because that hoodie didn't do ****.

Yeah, Ollie could've given him some of his old eye make-up.

Im stoked for the Suicide Squad! I'm pretty sure Deadshot will be a part of it. Deadshot, Bronze Tiger (who I loved in this episode), and I wonder who else. Maybe a Flash villain? Or a Gotham villain? Should be interesting.

That part where the guy smuggles in the claws inside of his body was pretty hokey. Trying too hard to be intense. lol

I agree. It looked cool, I guess, but I wasn't all that impressed. I was actually wondering how the **** that even happened. Surely there were easier ways of supplying BT with his claws?

I thought it was one of the weaker episodes of the season, but still enjoyable. I guess we can now assume that
Waller was behind Fyers' mission, right? The shot of her heels was pretty deliberate.

Yeah, I was actually thinking about that as well.

I'm incredulous about the mayor Moira storyline.

Amanda Waller would be one of the most boring women on the show thus far, especially if you put aside/erase what you know from the comics. She barely registers after two episodes.

Diggle is starting to barely register as well. Roy took your job I guess.

This show has the habit of starting up stories only to set them aside for long periods of time. I'd like more focus and less kitchen sink and fan service (Barry Allen who?).

I loved this episode. It keeps getting better and better for me. I'm not even a huge DC guy but this show really fores on all cylinders for me.

I'm liking the Moira running for mayor angle, and I'm wondering just how much she has changed with that ominous "Make sure he isn't a problem" line

Roy joining the team and learning Ollie's true identity was great. I'm glad they move these things along so quickly instead of dragging it out. And needing to get through to him made sense

Thea shines with what little she is given as always

Laurel's story line is good for me so far. I've gone down the path she has so it connects with me. But on the negative side her acting like she was drunk was completely laughable. I mean that was some seriously bad overacting. She couldn't even slur her words convincingly

And of course we have the first member of the suicide squad!!! So awesome. I can't wait to see how they will be utilized

Finally, I just don't see how they can connect this to the DCMU. I mean they are just using up a ton of characters and things that could be used in the movies. Granted I'm not that versed in the DC universe and I'm sure they have a plethora of characters but I would prefer the TV universe remains it's own thing

The show needs more Diggle. Feel like he hasn't done much lately.

Well he's scheduled to have a upcoming episode that focuses on his days back in Afghanistan, so that's a good thing.

Alright episode. I liked that they moved along the Roy story-line, and that they started to introduce the Suicide squad. Kind of disappointed that Waller lost her fuller frame, being one of the few characters in the genre with that body type.
Another episode where the island bits move too fast. It randomly pops in for 30 seconds, then it wraps up in another 30 second piece ten minutes later. I get that they're pressed for time and want a bit of island flashback in each episode, but it feels like they don't care about the island parts, and that makes me not care about the island parts.
