I like the first one. Loving the style.

I;m not quite sure what the second one is because it's so dark.

It's a background with the first Alien movie as the theme. Thanks for the feedback!

These are very cool.:)

nice, is the second one alien? (its hard to tell cos theres alot of black)

edit: just read the replies, it is alien

no dont, it fits really well with the visual look of the first movie - maybe add more hints of the actual aliens though? - or maybe add some of the internal (darkly lit) halls of the ship on the right instead of that bluey grey bit

The right side is supposed to be the alien's head--it's the part when Ripley's hit him with the steam and he's slowly getting up behind her. I'll work on it some more, see what I can do.

Colored pencil rendition of a character Panthro came up with:

FreezerBurn_by_Shamus_McGee.jpg

There's supposed to be fire and snowflake designs running up her arms and legs, but I'm not sure if that picture conveys it very well...

An old sketch (four years old):

Sorry for the speckly-ness, years haven't been kind.

Indiana Jones trailer logos:

-Temple:

-Crusade:

The subtitles were added in with the video editing program. The "crusade" logo is a little sharper and brighter than the "temple" logo.

A piece I'm in the process of working on, my first real digitally colored pic:

(Early stage)

Because dammit, I'm drawing a Big Daddy before I die.

The finished product:

My first time doing digital coloring full scale like this, with textures and everything. Let me know what you think.

I guess the day before Halloween is an odd time to be posting any art of a religious nature, but anyway, here's some old junk:

unfinished_by_shamus_mcgee-d30rh6b.jpg

God, I can't even rmember what you call these any more. Seraphim? Cherubim? Unfinished since I couldn't quite figure how o properly represent a being with four heads, a billion wings, and covered in eyes.

Earlier post, but enhanced. Really jacked up the arm...

And something a little more holiday-appropriate:

Bleh![/crappy dracula imitation]

Quick ketch, might flesh this out more with digital coloring later:

Bateman vs the Bay Harbor Butcher--may the best inner monologue win.

Finally picked up a Wacom tablet. I may never draw "analog" again.
After some expirimentation, made this, my first tablet-made portrait:

Reference photo.

Only took about 30 minutes, I was surprised.

A rough for the first poster in a series of three:
