Yeah, but you'll be out like $10-15 bucks, and having to start over completely on the same game. It's your money and all, but that seems pretty wasteful to me.

It's really not much different than buying an HD rerelease. Iv had like 3 different copies of MGS3 and purchased the HD version when that came out.

Whens the One/PS4 coming out? Like 2 weeks after that? If thats the case i can wait. I cant wait a full month after release to play ACIV tho. So if the One/PS4 hits around the 29th of Nov, ima just get ACIV for 360 then rebuy it for one of the other systems.

One is November sometime.. PS4 is rumored to be late October to Mid November. I have a feeling we'll find out at GamesCon.

Game comes out much earlier than the One, I have plenty of money to spend and I'm curious how different they are
but you'd lose all your progress. Considering how expansive these games are, that alone would prevent me from doing that.

Besides AC games ALWAYS go on sale on BF. For the past few years, Best Buy has had every single release for $34.99 a month later. That's something else to consider

Uh, thanks. Saved me some $. I think I can wait. More money, honey.

Epic video. I almost didnt watch cause I thought it'd be the extended Misteriosa video, but that was cool. Havana does indeed remind me of AC2. Underwater is also a lot cooler than I thought it would be (but I discovered that a little while ago).

That part where he does the Assassination Contract, what were other ways to take him out? In the video he shot an explosive barrel, and I assume you can shoot him with gun/blow pipe and air assassinate. What else was there?

Has it been stated as to what build these videos are from? Current or next gen?

Judging from what I've played a computer or next gen console.

Any word on the differences between the current and next gen versions?

I'll get to play this in a few weeks time. Hopefully they have a current gen version also playable so I can compare.

so where is everyone planning on getting their pre order from? i always get my stuff from amazon. so the preorder stuff doesn't really sway me. the bonuses are a cool well bonus. i love my ac3 captain of the aquila outfit. i used to wear it when i used my ship. this amazon stepe bonnet suit looks pretty cool.

i really hope we get to hang out in the ship. in ac3 we only got to hang out briefly. if the ship is a second main character i better be able to go inside whenever i want. have my captains quarters where i keep my stuff or change.

I'm getting mine from electronics boutique which I suppose is the australian version of GameStop.

From amazon you don't get your code till after 2 days. So you can run through quite a bit of the game by then. Do you get your preorder code faster at these other places?

Generally you get whatever bonus when you get the game. At least, when you order in the store and pick it up. I would assume if you order online, it's about the same. I assume they, like Amazon, wouldn't be keen on you getting whatever bonus and then canceling your pre-order.

haven't really been following this.

mainly because I'm not too interested in being a pirate.

but, was just curious. is there any kind of "morality" system in this game?

like, can you choose to be an "honorable/good" pirate?

Do you mean like Mass Effect, where you have some kind of counter? Don't believe so, no.
