I HATED the Native American stuff in AC3. I tend to only play games at night and subtitles makes me tired. Just give me British people..

I don't mind them speaking in English but everyone in France having English accents has really distracted me in every thing I've seen for this game.

Everyone in Ezio's game sounded Italian and it was fine, I don't see why Ubisoft of all people doesn't just have everyone French it up.

They may have been worried that the French accent would be a bit tougher to understand for some. Or it could simply be due to a different team handling this game. Or just one of practicality: an English cast may have been easier to attain than a French cast that speaks clear English. Could be a number of things.

After years of badly dubbed anime, I don't really mind it that much. But it would be a nice option, and it seems fairly easy to implement, since there will be a French dub.

Accents can be tricky. I guess it worked out okay in Waterloo.

They actually had an American playing Napoleon. He did a good job too.

Tchéky Karyo should just pull a Nolan North in Arkham City and voice every NPC in the game.

I'm getting Unity on the 20th for my birthday, gonna pick up Rogue on Black Friday. Between those and Dragon Age, I should be set until, like Marvolo, Witcher 3.

I don't care what ppl sound like or don't sound like. I'm ready to stab some fools.

But what if when you stabbed people they made this noise:

Can't wait to play as a Green Arrow-ish Assassin. lol. The customization looks sweet.

Sure seems like.

I just started playing Black Flag on my Xbone, and it's a pretty awesome game.

The only part I didn't like was when they forced the present day story stuff in there. Why was that necessary? Are they like contractually obligated to do that?

Black Flag was a brilliant game. I'm not sure about Unity being a Watchdogs downgrade yet, the gameplay vids I've seen so far look promising. I'm just concerned about this being a bit boring, in terms of setting and variety. AC3 got pretty boring at times. We'll see.

Well, never trust a trailer.

I am a bit disappointed there will be no naval stuff.

Unbusoft always does this. Never go into game with an Ubisoft logo on it expecting it to look like the trailer. They've done this as far back as the second Splinter Cell game if memory serves. Game still looks good to me. Also, no way this game looks Watch Dogs bad... The streams I've been watching all look pretty sharp.

I saw some gameplay on PS Live tonight. I don't know, it looks very much like any other AC game. For some that's enough to justify a purchase, but I was hoping for more than that so I'll pass on it.

The graphics are definitely better. But they are not what we were promised.

The graphics aren't my only concern. The animations, character models, combat and overall dynamics are all stale to me at this point. I was hoping for some innovation with the franchise. I also wish they just ditch all the Animus stuff.

Well, you can crouch now.

There's that.

But amen on the Animus. God do I hate that. In Black Flag it almost seemed like a cruel prank by the developers.

I think the RPG upgrade elements and co-op are gonna change things up a bit.

I swear Ubisoft must think that someone.. Somewhere... Likes the present day garbage. I mean it's the only thing I can think of as to why it's still there...
