Can task 18 (use Shanna's "Off the Vine" 2 Times) be completed outside of the SO in a normal mission?

What about using these weapons (eg the Evolutionary Inhalant and the Nascent Glaive) in combat? Do they have to be within the SO?

They can be done outside SO, like usual.

I only have 1 cover so far from the lock boxes. I don't know if I'll manage to get all 8. I never got more than 4 for the Boom Boxes to get Avalanche. Even with Sandman I eventually had to complete the collection with gold (I managed to get about 7 out of the 8 covers).

I'm stuck on task 21 for the next 36 hours now. After that it should be fairly straight forward. I should have Ka-Zar by tomorrow night, providing that I have enough U-ISOs.

Got Ka-Zar this morning and have him up to LVL 4 already. Also, up to 6 covers so far with only 1 duplicate.

I hate it when they are in the boss fight

There's no way to protect against the mentalists in the boss fight unless you have someone who has healing powers like Iron Fist or Shanna. Even then, it's hard to do any damage against any of them.

Best thing to combat the mentalists are stealthy attacks. I've been equipping my Bruiser Empowered suit with the Custom Goblin Glider and going after them first. Also, I've using Gamora and her L9 skill to kill them stealthily.

I got a late start. My final research is over tomorrow night and I'll have Ka-Zar soon after.

I always anticipated getting Gamora as one of the first Guardians, but now it looks like she'll be the very last Guardian I'll end up recruiting.

I notice that on 12.2 it shows a lot more messages now detailing what the heroes and villains are doing and which actions they're taking. This has only been in the last day or so.

I'd hold off on spending gold to get it. You're going to need three pieces total for the spec. op and eight more if you want the cybernetic blaster. I've gotten four from deploys.

Yeah, i'm not gonna rush it. There's no need to panic yet, so i'll just keep playing until i get them. I gotta 2-star the missions anyways, meh. I'll be patient and wait a bit.

They announced on twitter that there's going to be a 3rd PVP pre-season to continue to make adjustments.

At this rate, I'll have both Ka-Zar and Kang at LVL 14 before the actual tournament starts.

Looks like the latest PVP patch broke some more stuff in PVE. Got a couple refreshes doing PVE missions, including one on the boss fight SO Mission 3. PD seriously has got some of the worst coders if they can't fix the game without breaking another part of it.
