If these knuckleheads put all that effort into schooling and education we wouldn't be behind the rest of the industrialized world in standardized testing scores. With youtube everyone thinks they are a celebrity.
Awful, I could do tons better than this!
It was alright, but my feeling on Joker impersonations is the same as my feelings on fan fiction: Everyone thinks theirs is great, but no one else really gives a s***, unless they're desperate for something.
It's stuff like this and some other guys on youtube that give me faith that Heath can in fact be topped by another incredible actor.
.............
What? If random youtube guys can pull off something even remotely similar to what he did, than an actual accomplished actor should be able to do it ten fold. It's okay to have faith that this Joker can be topped.
Except that the "actors" on youtube are impersonating him. They arent trying something new, they're doing the exact thing he did, the same lines in the same voice, but its just a little less good. If any accomplished actor tried to do what Heath did, they would be scoffed at. It would seem as though they were spoofing him. Any other actor should take a different approach, in which case it wouldnt top Heath, it would be entirely different.
That'd be going completely backwards. So all of a sudden we're gonna have a different Joker than before. Those guys impersonating on youtube weren't spoofing. They were doing their own impersonations of what Heath did. There was nothing disrespectful at all about it. Whoever comes after him is going to go into the project wanting to carry on the same mannerisms right down to the ticks. It would be crazy not to. Especially if they want to stick to the whole realism shtick. I don't understand why they'd want to suddenly go a different route with the Joker after all the praise around it. So I'm gonna stick to my original post. I have faith this Joker can be topped. People act like that's a bad thing. Like it's blasphemous to think it.

He should have put on some Joker makeup, 'cause without it he looked silly. He was good with the voice though.
