Yeah, but I couldn't help it and apparently some people think this guy is so good that they're claiming he lip-synced the dialogue, so he added a video with add-lib for a suspenseful twist!



I do like the end though (the schemers part).

Hm, I do admit I liked this one. He has the "character" down a bit more in this, and the delivery of Alfred's lines in Joker's voice is funny to me in a way. And he did good with the whole "Crash" scene dialog, and I really, really liked the "Watch the world burn" line with the Joker voice and the "Like me."

Still doesn't feel right watching it.

Why is everyone being so harsh on this guy? He's a guy who thinks he has talent, so he's posted it on Youtube. It's interesting to see how others can pull off the Joker character, and this guy has done a very good job.

Who are we to critique his acting? He clearly has the right voice, the right emotions, and IMO, the right look. And when there is another thread on this very forum about dressing up (where most dressed as the Joker) to their viewing of TDK (which I see no problem with), I don't see how one can insult a Youtube poster giving his best shot at Heath's Joker.

I am equally against that too, it just is something I won't get like cosplay. I don't insult his acting (which I think was a good imitation but not like the real thing, also the voice was too high) it is the act of filming ones self that I don't understand and think is silly.

I see it simply as others wanting to be The Joker for a day. Heath's Joker is a character that a lot of people have been interested in, so it'd be a fun role to tackle for a day, just to be someone else.

No one is really expecting anyone to do "the real thing," as that's obviously a role belonging to Heath only, but, as I said, it's interesting to see how others have tackled the role. He's put it up on Youtube because he's proud of his efforts, and I think it's worthy of at least some praise. It deserves to be there more than a lot of other videos. I'll admit, I do feel awkward when watching a lot of videos like this - but I think these Joker impersonations are done greatly. I don't feel that same awkwardness here.

There is nothing unique about the acting he is doing though. It is replicating a scene. Now if it was a scene from a comic then thats when him as the Joker would understand. I just don't like youtube videos of people filming them self.

Good impression but he's not much of an actor. But who cares. He wasn't cast as the Joker and probably never will be.(Perhaps in a fan film) At some points it really bugged me though. And he looks like James Franco.

Exactly. He's not a professional movie star, so the criticism for his work is amazing. I don't see how one could call him "shiiit."

As someone who can do a good number of impressions and voices, this guy is pretty damn good. He does a good job with the facial expressions. I say well done.
