Awww crap... Saw VIII

I love the Saw series. But it was a mistake to kill off Strahm and Matthews in my opinion. Would've loved to have seen Strahm either end the games completely or become an accomplice himself.

Saw 1 is a modern day horror classic.
Saw 2-4 forget most of what happened. I remember enjoying them for the most part.
Saw 5 is definitely the worst one for me.
I enjoyed Saw 6 as the whole healthcare commentary was a bit intriguing.
I mostly enjoyed Saw 7. The the protagonist who lied about being a survivor and then died because the trap he said he survived wasn't actually possible to survive was neat. The ending was pretty good.

I'm looking forward to the new one. The break from Saw has been long enough.

The character who lied about his ordeal didn't die. He was still alive even after watching his girlfriend die.

Love the SAW series. Always down for more

This is why Hollywood mediocrity will never cease. There are always enough people willing to pay for more crap.

Hey, you're the one with a Justice League avatar.

I guess that stupid doctor should get finally killed.

I'm so glad I'm not the only loser on here that actually likes the Saw films. I know they're crap, but at least they're entertaining crap. :woot: Saw 6 is probably my favourite after the original, I actually found the 'protagonist' in that one to be fairly likeable and the whole concept of a life insurance salesman having to choose the value of the lives before him thing was an interesting concept. Also, Hoffman escaping the from the reverse bear trap was pretty badass.

God I hope the Spierig Brothers actually do something with this. I hate for their talent to go to waste.

I got pretty tired of the sequels, but this has some great directors and they weren't even fired with three weeks left to shoot.

Boy, oh boy.

While I maintain that this series could've ended at Saw III and I would've been fine....I'm probably gonna be there opening weekend. Seen each of these films since the third one on opening weekend, and if there's a good story to be told, as was the case with Saw VI, good for the series.

LOL, it might be fun. I doubt I'll go to the theater to watch it though.

Looks great can't wait to see it. I'll go to the theater I saw every other SAW film except the final one in the theater. I enjoy this franchise for what it is. At this point it's either a you love it or hate it thing, I love it. I'm ready

I won't see it on the big screen because for some reason I can't handle **** like this in a setting like that. Must be added pressure. I'm fine at home.

I enjoy the Saw films and watch more so out of curiosity, so I'll watch this one, and nearly black out as I normally do.

Good trailer. The traps seem believable, and there's a sense of self awareness the series desperately needs if it's going to return.

I guess any excuse to bring Tobin Bell back into the series is a good one, but still...they beat a dead horse, finally buried it's ass, and years later decided to dig it back up just to give it a few more whacks. I hope the thing dead farts on the filmmaker's.

I'd rather the horse farts gave you e.coli than anything bad happen to The Spierig brothers, they're awesome.

Daybreakers and one of my favorite scifi films, Predestination.
