Well...our crappy and idiotic newspaper here published this stupid as f*** cartoon and sent an uproar among the students here. Here is what they thought was funny last Friday.

I am not kidding...this was actually run in our college newspaper here at Texas Tech: http://www.dailytoreador.com/cartoons/

Why do people feel compelled to turn this tragedy into an anti-Bush/ gun issue? Can people just put away the vitriol for 10 seconds without throwing this into the political area? Seriously. Lowest common denominator. What a waste of ink and paper-not even worth printing to get people riled up about it.

I dont know whats worse.
1. The message of the comic.
2. The art of the comic.
3. This was a product of a University Paper.

1) That art is pretty bad. Like, compared to my old high school's newsletters.

2) Not funny

3) The commentary isn't even clever

4) Way too soon to make jokes

5) Like Chibi said, can we not turn this into yet another anti-Bush thing? I don't like Bush, but the word "reaching" comes to mind.

I don't mind anti-Bush cartoons...if you don't like him you don't like him...but I would think the more important issue is the 30+ lives lost in this senseless shooting. Just a thought.

I hope the newspaper editor and the writer of that POS burn in hell for all eternity.:cmad::cmad::cmad:

Poorly drawn, poorly written, and not funny in the slightest.
