He's not a luchador.
I'm not the most knowledgeable person on Bane, but wasn't he in BTAS and in some of the comics?

Um, will Bane be running on Faygo instead of Venom?^
Anyone else see the irony here... Bane and venom, manip of Bane with Venom...

The only change I would make to the tubes would be to make them fitted to the body, so that they're not easily unplugged by anyone in his way.
Not in the story, but as far as his appearance went? Yeah.I'm not the most knowledgeable person on Bane, but wasn't he in BTAS and in some of the comics?

The Joker fought Batman wearing a purple suit in The Dark Knight and somehow managed to not get taken out in 3 seconds.Meh I think it would be silly to give him the exposed arm look through the entire film especially if he is going to be in heavy combat with Bats. I like the idea of him wearing some type of body armor and maybe during their final showdown Bane has to remove some of his body armor for some reason thus giving us the classic Bane appearance for his final screentime.

A guy known for breaking people's backs with his bare hands, throwing heavy objects and punching down walls, shouldn't be too heavily armored. We should definitely see some muscles.
I never said Bane should just be wearing a vest. He could be wearing all the high-tech gear he wants if that satisfies all the realists. I just think we should see his arms.Yeah but so is Joker having white skin.
Remember Bale's Batman is fully armored. Can we really buy a normal sized Tom Hardy in a vest kicking Batman's ass to hell and back?
Unless he can get to Broson size very quickly. Right now he is not big enough to be showing off skin when fighting Bale's very armored and stealthy Batman.
Tell me.Yes but Nolan likes keep a sense of realism.

A character such as Bane in body armour with his arms exposed isn't going to destroy the immersion.
Sounds familiar to me. The Knightfall storyline was entirely about Bane orchestrating situations for Batman to get involved in, wearing him down until he overpowers him in a final battle. And Bane is a highly trained, incredibly strong individual. If Joker can do the same, then surely Bane could do even better, arms exposed or not?You mean The Joker was able to attack Batman after Batman was exhausted from taking down an entire SWAT team, saving hostages, taking out henchman, while and after being attacked by dogs, and while having technical difficulties with his eyesight equipment? How is that not realistic and probable?

Did you really type that as if you thought that there were people left in the world that didn't know that?
