Continued violation of this rule may result in IP banning. If you are permanent banned, you may not return to Hype. Note: the Administrators and Moderators can tell if you hold more than one account.

As far as the name goes in the member's list it does not state he was banned (his title is Soccer Coach and not Banned). Then like two posts later, Lee bans someone named black_house, saying the system caught him when he registered and that since he was only there to troll all his names were now banned.
Parker just got hit with a probationary ban.
