If Batman kills, there's absolutely no reason this version of the Joker should should still be alive and breathing.

Sure, There is.
You just Make The Joker Extremely difficult to kill. Like a Cockroach! hahaha!

If we ever got a live action take on Under the Hood, and just tweak some of the dialogue a bit, you could have Jason question why, if Bruce has been willing to break the rules, he won't extend that same courtesy to the Joker.

Bats was in a dark place in BvS. Alfred's "New rules" comment suggests he wasn't like this before.

Did Bruce adopt him doh? or did Dick decide to stay for a bit, Find out Bruce is Batman and kinda blackmail him into being his partner with Alfred's encouragement?
Did Bruce even Train Dick? hahaha!

I didn't see what I wanted to see.

As I said

done poorly. XD

But he didn’t kill in Nolan’s films... at least not intentionally until (arguably) TDKR.

He refused to save Ra's. That's not murder in the traditional sense, but in a court of law, he would be charged with it all the same.
He killed Harvey by tackling him. Despite him doing it to save another person's life, he'd have one side of the courtroom wanting to charge him with manslaughter.
Same thing goes for Talia.

Agreed.
It was premeditated. He planned to blow the train tracks and then left a man to die after beating him down. He's absolutely responsible for Ra's death.
Harvey's too.
Killing is killing.

The less said about TDKR, The better. haha!

The whole murder by proxy by branding thing is redundant as he murders indiscriminately.

Why would one care that he sentences prisoners to die in their cells when he is already doing it by himself?

"Oh man, Batman has gone to a dark place. He brands criminals which is basically a death sentence in prison. Wait what, he is killing them anyways with machine guns or his bare hands? Never mind".

Talk about bad directing.

Yeah, absolutely. Also, he killed fake Ra's and some LOS members. Most of his killings were in BB.

Eh, tackling someone who is literally holding a gun to the head of a child is as clear cut a case of "defense of another" as you get. No way you would get charged, and if the local prosecutor did decide to, its them who should get strung up.

Trav likes to reach for ways to crucify Nolan's Batman. The Dent thing? Ridiculous. He's saving the life of a child by a tackle. Ras put himself on that train as a suicide mission. Batman didn't plan to kill anyone on that train. He just wanted to stop that train. He would be charged with Ras and Talia's case, but it's not some malicious act to murder for the sake of it, or for the sake of making his job easier. Ras is on that train, guess what? So be it if it saves millions of lives. Talia had a nuke in the back of her truck, so be it. Even attempting to compare that to Affleck's crap, is full on insanity.

I changed my mind. I want Batman to shoot people in the face with a big gun.

qft.

I don’t know if his name has been thrown around any or not because I’m to lazy to research that but how about Timothy Olyphant? The guy is a tremendous actor and can play a very calm and collected badass like Batman should be. From what I read he was considered for Tony Stark back when Iron Man was being made. He is old enough to take over for Ben but he can look younger. He has that quiet intensity about him the same way Keaton did. Just thought I’d throw his name out there and see what people thought

I just looked at some recent pictures of Olyphant. I never would have thought of him but yeah, I think he could do it. And I agree, he's a tremendous actor.

Edit: He is 49, but he doesn't look it IMHO.

I actually always thought Olyphant would've been a great Joker.

To be fair I don't see why he couldn't be still. My main pick is Willem Dafoe even now but obviously 62 might be considered too old (I disagree personally, but heyho), so I'd love to see Olyphant as Joker personally.

Olyphant would be a good Gordon, depending on who is Batman.

Not too sure about Cranston as Batman. Weird choice.
