I think it should be an unspoken rule that whoever plays Alfred or Gordon should not be hotter than whoever plays Batman.I don’t think Daniel Craig is yet old enough to be Alfred.![]()
Correct.
Also any of your Alfred fancasts that aren't Mark Rylance are nonsense.![]()

Looks wise I can see it. I’m still leaning on Armie Hammer though. He’s a good actor, was already cast as Batman before, has the voice, height, billionaire playboy looks. He was meant to play this role.
This thread has taken a turn for the worse.
He can replace Cavill.

Sure. I for one think he's a good actor. He's certainly improved quite a bit from where he used to be. And even without those extra six inches he still has the looks and the voice for the part.Completely honest question: If Armie Hammer were, like, six inches shorter, would you all still be so eager to see him in one of these roles?
Actors typically don't have much of a say in the characterization and direction of their role, so I don't think this will be much of an issue.Sure. I for one think he's a good actor. My biggest reservation with him is that he seems very fixed on the idea of Batman as a psychopath, and that don't fly with me.

Wasn't he in the Haunting of Hill House?Oliver Jackson-Cohen would be my number one pick right now.
