I’m so all about Dan Stevens. Would be a real shame if he didn’t get a crack. I’m also really into Nicholas Hoult - he’s got huge range, very tall with piercing eyes and a great look. Also love Oliver Something-Cohen - he killed it in Hill House. Would be a fantastic noir Batman.

Wouldn’t surprise me at all. I am yet to see a genuine exclusive come from one of these idiots that proved to be 100% accurate. It’s usually all vague bull****, so they can claim some ownership of a scoop - usually made by one of the trades who are actually in the know.

Though I'd prefer my 6'3" Batman to be 32, personally... To me, this IS Batman. Surprised that I like this choice best, but he's a really solid actor. To me, the above choice is the "closer to comic book" and the one in this post is pretty "IS the comic book" - so I'm holding out hope that these two could be on that rumored list-of-10. Dude below would just slay as both Bruce and Batman in a noir take...

To be fair, that wasn't really his fault. It's just that Vaughn/Singer wanted Beast to be a shy, soft-spoken nerd instead of the confident, cocky intellectual he is in the comics. Hoult could have played that Beast if they allowed him to.
