They both are unlikeable imo.Teller is so unlikable, imo. He's Hammer, only without stature, looks and voice.
Same. I watched Whiplash because of JKS.I don't know what it is about Teller but something about him just rubs me the wrong way. He was great in Whiplash but he's one of those actors that doesn't motivate me to see a movie at all.
That's what I'm saying. They both are unlikeable imo.
Teller is amazing in Whiplash. That movie is perfect.

QFT.
And speaking of: I HATE that Snyder cast Simmons in JL. He’d have been awesome for this reboot.
Agreed. Based on that now infamous Esquire interview, I'd say he was so perfect for his role in Whiplash because he seems to be that much of an insufferable ******nozzle in real life. So it was an ideal fit of an actor and a role. Certainly doesn't mean I want to see him in other roles, though.I don't know what it is about Teller but something about him just rubs me the wrong way. Such a waste... I kind of hope Matt Reeves just keeps JK as Gordon. They made him look way older than he is in the JL movie. I also doubt many in the general audience would even remember he was in JL.
Well, I can't link to it due to language, but it is definitely worth reading for yourself as I'm not sure any description I could give would do it justice, so I'd highly recommend Googling the whole Esquire piece. The title is "Miles Teller is Young, Talented, and Doesn't Give a Rat's Ass What You Think".Ohhhhh I haven't read this interview. What did he say?
