Batman/Bruce Wayne Casting Thread - Part 6

The movie isn't even out yet... Justin Theroux could still be in the film. Also, he said that in the same report where he announced the actor for the kid Bruce Wayne in that film, which happened.

If Theroux does show up in Joker, that'd be pretty awesome, if only because I loved him in The Leftovers. Could be a cameo like he had in The Last Jedi, but even then I'd be surprised if he was actually in it. Bryan Tyree Henry showed up in the Joker trailer and was in none of the casting announcements, so it's certainly possible.
Re: the fact that Borys Kit flat-out denied Hammer being Batman, and with Hammer's schedule being filled up for the time that Batman is meant to film, I just can't see him getting the role. I hope though that all these casting reports/wish-lists are inaccurate, and Robert Pattinson gets the role this week. Going from Nolan's 2020 film to Batman back-to-back would be like the ultimate redemption from his Twilight days, especially now that he's one of the best actors working in his age bracket.
That said, it's probably ATJ :/

Grace Randolph is the least reliable person ever. She said that Kathleen Kennedy was going to get fired for months on end, and to cover her ass she said "but, but no-one wanted to take her job!" On top of that she got upset at... the "race-bending" of the dogs' voice actors in the Lady & The Tramp remake...
From actual, reliable sources he's not in the running. It sounds like ATJ, Hoult and maybe Lerman and Pattinson (dear god let this happen). Feels like ATJ's to lose tbh :/
