Yeah everyone has an opinion on what is considered a popcorn flick. For me just because its a comic book film or an action film doesnt always mean its a popcorn movie.

For me personally I say the very definition of a popcorn movie is "Pacific Rim". I was probably a bit too hard on Abrams, all his movies arent popcorn films, just too much hyperbole by me.

I'd take Abrams over Snyder any day of the week. Snyder doesn't have a great track record, my faith in him making this successful is hanging on by a thread.

As for Jake Gylenhall, wow terrible he's baby face too for starters.

Cavill, especially towards the end of Man of Steel, doesnt look much older. Besides, him looking younger is great. It means he can play Batman longer.

Superman could serve in i kind of a tortured doctor Manhattan. The villains in Watchmen is considered very intelligent and Lex Luthor is considered very intelligent too. Lex Luthor could trick Superman like Ozymandias tricked doctor Manhattan perhaps not in the same way. Bigger fall bigger too.

As Rorschah has opposed Ozymandias, Batman can oppose himsef against Lex Luthor. And as doctor Manhattan has opposed Rorschah, Superman can oppose himself against Batman to avoid a genocide or a tragedy.

You pretty much know you have the wrong actor in mind if you can picture him as Both Batman, or Lex Luthor. I could see Hall as Lex, but Bruce Wayne? Not a chance.

I'm actually pretty curious to know the reasons as to how you see Hall in that role, and not Gosling.

You've said that before. You do know that actors do accents right? So i don't really get the whole foreigner point. I'm not even gonna comment on the latter point that you made. Just silly.

I suggested Michael c hall because of his role as dexter, because dexter is just basically batman except he's a killer.


Also I don't want foreigners playing him because we already have a foreigner playing superman, give us Americans a chance man.


Also I don't want ryan gosling as batman because he looks too femmy to play him, I don't care if he's a great actor, batman does not look femmy.

Not your cowls Floydbanks7, yours are horrible and won't prove anything, they need to show the eyes too you know. The skin around the eyes as well. Have the other guy that made the cowls do it, he actually accentuated the eyes unlike Floyd here who just decided to show the mouths and not the eyes.
