My God,Fassbender with the cowl...:hrt:
It would be really a shame, such a waste for him not to be Batman in this movie. :csad:
Well, the chances are small but I will keep dreaming while I can.
It´s not impossible.
Plan B?
Wes Bentley,maybe. :yay:

I find they all look stupid in a cowl except Fassbender.

How about Thor's little brother, Liam Hemsworth. Have to admit I am not fa,iliar with his work, but physically, he fits the mold if they are going with a younger Bruce/Bats

wally west maybe?? but the god d%%m batman? no.

I like fassbender the best so far.

We're all just going round in circles here.
It's fun :yay:. We have a few months of speculation until it's announced and we're stuck with the new face for the next several years.

I think if Fass doesn't get it, id like to see him get the role when he's in his mid 40s as the veteran Bats with Robin by his side. It's possible if the new guy does a few films then passes it on. But I have a feeling Fass will be playing James Bond if he doesn't play Batman next.

All those actors in the cowl look like Bat-woman, not Batman. Something is off with that photoshop...I think it's the cowl shape.

Liam's Spartacus voice would ssssooooooooo rock as Batman!

I hope they never cast Batman. We might be able to get a mention for every living white male actor over the age of 20 in this thread. This is fun.

Henry Cavill for Batman!

If they get a one-dimensional actor, it may fit well with this new version of Batman but it's just going to make me miss Bale even more.

As far as I can tell...McIntyre and Manganiello would make a good Batman but nothing else.

Bomer would make a good Bruce Wayne in public but nothing else.

Like Goyer once said, many can do Bruce or just Batman but it's difficult to find an actor who can play all the sides of the character at once.

In the end.. ::crickle crackle:: ::explosions::.. THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE. May it be Wes Bentley, the High.. the next Batman.

Garrett Hedlund just dropped out of the trilogy for Fifty Shades Of Grey. Could he be playing Batman or the Flash??

I don't see why Bomer couldn't potentially be a good Batman. You never really know. If only people who have demonstrated that they can be convincing as aggressive/badass in other roles were considered for the part that then that would considerably cut down a lot of potential for discovery.

This is rather unfortunate, but I think the main drawback in Bomer's case is the fact that he's gay and the sh**storm of controversy that might ensue if a gay actor was cast in such an iconic role. It really pains me to say that, but look at what happened when an actor who merely PLAYED a gay character in a film was cast as The Joker. I'd love to see Bomer cast JUST to stick it to those types of people though.

Those people just shouldn't be given any thought.
