It's not those people so much that I'm concerned about, it's more just that I hate the idea of Batman becoming this "issues" lightning rod when it has nothing to do with the actual content of the movie/character.

Garrett Hedlund just dropped out of the trilogy for Fifty Shades Of Grey. Could he be playing Batman or the Flash??

Flash OK, but not Batman. If he played Batman it would be Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker all over again.

Manganiello is ALMOST out, depending on his True Blood schedule. But yeah, in our opinion he's out lol.

Urban is officially out.

Gosling and Fassbender are almost out but theres still a chance depending on their schedules.

Gosling is the one im the most curious about. We should start placing our bets. Will he take Stars Wars or Batman? Or will he turn down both. If he does, Ill have even more respect for him even if ill be disappointed.

Im pretty sure Fassbender is out. He has way too many franchises on his table. Xmen, a possible Prometheus sequel, etc etc. Hes 36, which isnt a deathblow to his chances to get the character, but it is a strike. The final strike on Fassbender is that he is Magneto. Its going to be extremely awkward for him to go from a villain for Marvel to a hero for DC. I just dont ever see it happening.

So Fassbender is definitely out

I would love to rule Armie Hammer out but I cant. I think he is on their list, but towards the very bottom

Joseph Gordon-Levitt needs to grow about 3 inches for the role, so hes out for sure

Christain Bale is definitely out for obvious reasons
