A typical deal for franchise films is three films.
So far , Fassbenders name has not shown up on anybodys list .

If there is any chance it could happen, Fassbender would be my #1 choice. I think there may be a (very) slim chance, since:

1. Even though he is already Magneto, the character is generally seen as a villain and is very different from Batman
2. The other two franchises he is a part of (Assassin's Creed and the Prometheus sequel) both seem to be having a little trouble coming together, and when that happens, oftentimes the movies never even get made.

So I think it really boils down to whether being part of the X-Men franchise would keep him from doing it. Fox doesn't seem to have issues with actors crossing from one studio to another to participate in a superhero property (they were apparently willing to let Ryan Reynolds to Green Lantern and Deadpool). So provided Fass has the time on his schedule, I think it could work. Though who knows if WB is even looking at him.

It's superman and batman it's not Superman it's not Batman only it's the best detective with the first superheroes ever created, i don't know if they understand what this all about. They better not repeat the Joel schumacher with big-budget superficial things or with femmy boy because it will sucked deep really deep. Anyway i known everything will be alright and i'm sure they will not screw up this or i think?

Haha, hey you never know. Anything can happen. Especially since movies based on popular video games always seem to run into trouble and no one really seems to be clamoring for a Prometheus sequel.

And who knows? If X-MenOFP underperforms, they might scrap any plans for future X-Men movies for a while. Wolverine isn't exactly tearing up the box office right now.
