Remember something 300 blasted the communism and TDKRise too just saying don't hit me hard.

I heard he can! Hope so.

i'm sure he can. by he i think you mean armitage. he played floyd clemson in captain america. that was a convincing 40s brooklyn accent from a german(character). again i see him more as the villain than the hero. thorin not withstanding.

His accent sucked in CA:TFA, but I assumed it was because he was playing a German playing an American.

whomever plays batman i hope they take a different direction than bale's. no gravely voice. bale's gonna get throat cancer, but damnit the man's a chameleon.

top 4 choices:
fassbender
armitage
gosling
gyllenhaal

I'm firmly on the karl urban train even though it probably wont happen

i wonder what are the off the wall choices? and i mean that like michael keaton being cast in the burton version. who's the current keaton?

Well he has to change his voice somehow. Bruce Wayne's a well-known public figure. It would be stupid for him to assume no one would recognize his voice, and he's not stupid.

There are people who can do the gravelly-voice thing and not sound as try-hardy as Bale sometimes did. There are also some people with more dynamic voices who can simply sound different. If you watch interviews with well-known voice actors like Nolan North, Roger Craig Smith, and of course Kevin Conroy, they sometimes sound completely different from the characters they're known for, because their voices just naturally have a very dynamic range. Some people can just do that. It would be cool if the actor chosen for Batman could do that as well as them, but I'm not holding my breath for that.

I wonder how they're going to approach it this time around.

as a well known public figure, he should rock a bugs bunny voice as gosling (as he says) did in gangster squad.

I always thought it would be neat if he had a voice changing gadget built into the neck of his suit. That way he would never have to worry about it.

:funny: I can taste the fanboy tears just imagining.

I see Batman between thirty five and slightly over 40 i don't known if you have read TDKR but in this comic Batman is extremely virile and tough it's a loosely based Dark Knight Returns adaptation nothing to do with the anime version the anime was for the kid. We looking for a movie now however i love greatly the anime TDKR.

That's basically the Arrow approach, and I wouldn't mind it, tbh. It's not ideal, but I'd be fine with it.
