Needless to say I don't want him as Batman either. Wish him well with his career though.

Nah, it wasn't that, it was that his bones seem especially...pronounced or whatever in that pic to me. Like they're coming through his skin kinda. Idk. Maybe it's just an "off" pic?

Don't mind the first fella, but while I think Joshua Jackson is an okay actor he is all wrong for Batman, IMO.

However, Eion Bailey has really grown on me. He may be my new top choice:

Bailey was actually my top choice for Superman before HC got the role. I don't know how I feel about him being Batman though..

He was a finalist for the role in batman begins along with Gyllenhaal, Bale, Crudup & Jackson.

I sure hope they give this guy a shot again too, just like how they kept Cavill in mind for another chance at Superman. Actually Amy Adams said she had auditioned for Lois Lane for Superman Returns before also.

So maybe WB will call all the old contenders and Eion Bailey could be one of them. (is it pronounced like Ian or Owen?)

He's been in some weak or average movies but I like him. He's had more success on the stage than on film.

As for Liev, he needs a better agent, at least when it comes to movies. He shines in Ray Donovan and he's one of my favorite performances in a CBM ever in XMOW. Plus, he stole everything in Defiance, imo. And he was the only reason I kept watching CSI at some point. Yeah, love the guy.

Yep, he sure was, and it was cool cuz he was on a CSI show as a forensics guy. I never got into the show much myself, mostly due to lack of the BIG 7 JLAers regularly, but I did watch every episode with The Flash or that was Flash centric of course. He was great as Barry Allen, very laid back and cool, definitely one of my all time favorite voices for him.
