Batman Forever

That kind of thing annoys me. I lent Batman Begins to my brother two weeks ago -- he has yet to watch it. I want it back. :cmad:

If I ask him to, he'll gladly give it back. It's just that he doesn't watch it. A shame.

Also, bear in mind the time differences because of many posters' different countries of residence.

I can't have a job, it would go against my parasitical nature.

LOL. I wasn't speaking about today specifically, but it just seemed like all you guys do is watch the Batman movies, all the time....

....WICH IS AWESOME! :applaud

What? Are we talking about ROTJ?

McGinnis is awesome in BB.

I disagree. He's a lousy Peter Parker clone and, while not having seen the series, I thought he cheapened every theme, concept and darkness of RotJ.

I always hated Mcguiness. Although, if they made a live-action version, Bruce should be played by Adam West.

Then they have to make that movie right now:woot:

I'm a sucker for passing-the-torch/legacy flicks. But Bruce passed the torch down to McGinnis? And they say Robin is lighthearted and "gay"? Sure, whatever.

I always did think that Robin or Nightwing should take the mantle of the Bat when Bruce was too old, why does it seem he always brings in a no-namer.

This is off topic of this thread, but, if youre talking about Batman Beyons, neither of them would be willing to take the mantle from Bruce. Tim left after what happened with Joker. It was hinted at that Dick left again to go his own way. With the tone of the movie, and some of the episodes, my assumption was that it was to once again to distance himself from Bruce. Also, the whole Beyond thing was kinda tied up with the JL episode Epilogue, where we learn Terry was basically Bruces offspring.

That is so gay. I can appreciate Batman Forever, but B&R is a pile of steaming crap.

I can do WAY more than "appreciate" Batman Forver (favorite movie =]) and B&R isn't crap! Sure...its not...amazing...BUT STILL! Its a pretty good movie :batman:

It's nowhere near good. I'm watching it now & I can tell you straight up that it's the worst movie in the entire saga.

I love Batman Forever, but I can admit when a movie is terrible, and B&R is nowhere near a pretty good movie, not even a decent movie...it's pretty bad actually.

Ok. So its not the best. I admit that. Its my least favorite. But come on, give it credit. Its not like its so horrible you can't watch it (obviously if you're watching it right now)

I never said it's so horrible that I can't watch it. Sure, a few of us like it here but even we admit that the movie is really bad.

Who me? I'm not watching it...when I watch it, it's when I can't sleep or flipping channels at 1 am, and I see it on TNT...Then I watch it and make fun of it, pretty entertaining night.
