my suggestion for a TV series of Batman in the same format of Smallville would be:

Matt Bomer (White Collar) as Batman/Bruce Wayne

Tom Welling as Clark Kent/Superman

Justin Hartley as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow

Michael Rosenbaum as Lex Luthor, with all the cast of Smallville
