It can because color saturation wasn't the only thing that was changed in the photo. Color balance, levels, etc. was also manipulated. Simply saturating the colors does not return the image back to an unprocessed photo.

While this is true I definitely don't think there's enough color alteration to turn orange bracers/shoulder armor gold, especially when the rest of the colors seem more or less intact, it kinda looks like the armor pieces were color corrected separate from the rest of the photo, which is a big no when it comes to fixing the colors on these things (most WW photo color corrections make this mistake. The armor definitely isn't THAT much more reddish orange on the real thing. The main thing that seems altered on the promo photo appears to be the saturation and contrast any actual color changes are subtle.

His color correction wasn't polished either, so I just took it as him showing that the bracers were more orange. But yes, I think it's a safe guess that his armor and buckle are both the same gold. The thing is gold isn't a flat color which is why some have a hard time color correcting it. So I gave him the benefit of doubt.

On a side note, I really hope his tattoos are very dark green instead just black.

I was told by a source close to the production that this re-saturated color scheme is pretty close to accurate.
