I don't have any particular expectations for this new Batman, but I'd like to see a move away from the armor-type look...
I've never particularly liked it (
and sometimes hated it), in any medium, but above all : I don't need to be systematically given "rational
" explanations as to the possible protections of the suite or the functioning of the cape of a
pulpy character like Batman.
Anyway, I found an old manipulation that I had done, probably before Reeves revealed his take.

Seems like the ideal to me, especially with the oval of course !
It looks streamlined, classic, but detailed enough to feel like something relatively practical and not just a cosplay. And it's mostly made of materials that don't interfere with the actor's flexibility.
Also, I don't need a buffalo in the role either. When I see Mazzucheli's Batman, or Steve Rude's, or Michael Keaton's, there's never a moment when I doubt his strength... because it's fiction.
It's up to the director to make us believe it.
