I have been a fan of Alexandra for years, she never really seems to get any big roles she is always 'the girlfriend' or 'the love interest', the closet thing I saw to her in a lead role was the Texas Chainsaw 3D (which I enjoyed). I hope she gets more success in the future maybe after this.

EDIT: I just remembered she did a movie with Kate Upton so there is that as well .

Why not, they already have a director after all (and a good one at that). And it's not like she cannot do other things in the meantime.

I just have a hard time seeing that happening. I mean, movies get directors attached and then don't ultimately happen. Happens frequently.

I don't see that in DCEU's current plan.
