If he ends up cast as Doctor Strange, one can assume Cumberbatch will film that in the 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2015 following the filming of the special. And then, pick up filming of Series 4 in the fourth quarter of 2015 through 1st quarter 2015.

Shooting on the special will begin in January 2015, with the series shooting later next year. The game is on! #221back
