By the way David, I really enjoy seeing your work progress and am extremely impressed at what we've seen as of now. I must say that, as an artist, I've admired you very much, now, as a person, I equally admire you. What you said to Orlando Spider & trilugulous a few posts back was inspiring. Hey thanks man.

The bottom line is that here...we all simply love Batman. Some dig the new stuff...others dig the traditional stuff but it's really all Batman just the same so it really is nice for me to post my work....get feedback....and continue to update my threads accordingly.
Again....even though most of us havent actually met in person there certainly is a nice brotherly feel here and when it boils down to it why I really like posting on this board.

Yes, I have. Problem is Batman is what I do in my spare time and I just never seem to have enough of that.
I've already done several custom batman cowls based on designs I came up with or what others have asked me to do.

I'll see if I can dig them up and get 'em posted for you all to see.

Here's a quick clay build up to fix the side and top head....usual smoothening out of the clay needs to be done still but once again, thanks for that comparison pic. It really helped. I'll detail it accordingly now so it lines up perfectly with the magazine cover pic.

I have to add the forehead line and start smothening out everything now. Neck too....especially the neck.

I wish I could. That's not my Spawn head mask. My buddy Badlove made that and we both went to the Michigan Prop party a few months ago to show some of our work and meet some new (and old) faces..
I'll pass on the comments regarding his Spawn head.

I really want this to be as good as I can make it. I dont want to redo it as I've done countless times with some of my other movie replica costumes in the past.
At this point in my life I'd consider it a failure if I had to redo it again so I just want it to be as good as I can make it...the first time!
