Well, technically, Lee's Batman is just more "realistically" built Miller's Batman. You can't make Miller's Batman in live action, unless you cast a cabinet or an overgrown washing machine for the role.

We are unlikely to get official confirmation, but yes, it appears he is indeed heading back to rehab.

I have to say, these little ''trips/visits'' don't seem like they are helping in the long run. It sounds like he really needs to go away and work on himself.

Either way WB should know what they got into in hiring a relatively older actor to start on for Batman in a new multi-film franchise spanning years.

Marvel got lucky with RDJ, as he's seemed to take better care of himself in his 40's than he did in his 20's and 30's.
