Some of them do. People cheered when Bond rescued Vesper from the underwater elevator when I went to see CR.

really wow, where they tards
Never seen people cheer for a movie in the UK. I know they do in america.

Why would they be tards? Bond was obviously struggling to unlock the gate and get her out. Despite her betrayal he persisted in still trying to save her...it was a heroic act.

Definately GoldenEye, but every Brosnan opening was great!
I liked Dalton's (in TLD) and Craig's opening also!

Since we can't vote for the "From Russia With Love" intro I voted Casino Royale. Also, the Never Say Never, again enterance was pretty cool too.

Craig's is the ultimate intro, in my opinion. It gets my vote.

As much as I disliked Brosnan and Bond, his GOLDENEYE intro was pretty neat.

Connery's very first appearance as Bond was just classic. When he just says "The name is Bond, James Bond" and the Bond theme plays, it's just awesome.

I loved Craig's introduction with Bond getting his license. So that comes in second for me. But since we can only vote once, I voted for Connery.

I think Bond becoming a 00 is the most unique Bond intro of all the movies, as it's never been seen before, seconded by Dalton's Bond in The Living Daylights.

I voted Connery's in Dr. No. Not only did he have the best intro for a first timer, but he had the best pre-title sequence of the entire series with Goldfinger.

Moore's Union Jack parachute jump beats that by far.

Both are great stunts, but the parachute ski jump also adds the legendary Union Jack parachute that had British audiences cheering (and still does).

:)

I would imagine the Brosnan movies are more widely seen by Hype! posters than the Connery ones.

Yea, thats what it is.

I'd say Goldfinger is best though

Craig in the very last shot of Casino Royale.

Since we can't vote for the "From Russia With Love" intro

he had the best pre-title sequence of the entire series with Goldfinger.

Thats NOT what I'm asking! The question is...which ACTOR had the BEST INTRODUCTION into the SERIES.

Naw, Roger Moore's jump doesn't beat it. :)

lol that skiing off the mountain into a free fall with the bond theme music kicking in as the parachute opens up, is one of the best stunts in cinema history. Period. It has the GE bungy jump beat by a landslide, my friend. :oldrazz: :woot:

Connery did in Dr.No. A handsomely rugged man, who has the look of commanding respect. His mannerisms were impeccable, displayed a unique level of class and bad assery slickness that still hasn't been matched. The way he delivered that line by introducing himself is the coolest piece of dialogue in cinema history...it was so good, films, characters, people in general and other medias copy it.

Lets just say that There IS Connery and then there's everyone else.

The Dalton one is my fave primarily coz Its the only fight scene location i have ever visited myself. I went on holiday and we were on a tour bus driving round gibraltar rock and i was trying to figure out which bits of the road might have been in that opening scene.
