I was checking this other board which a thread about this same topic, so here are mine

5. Claire wakes up in the middle of her own autopsy. talk about your WTF moments

4. Nathan flies away from Bennet and The Haitian, astonishing moment for the fanboy in each and every one of us, be it the excitement of those of us who are Pitrelli supporters from seeing him fly or the amazement from the Pitrelli oposers from seeing him flying... like that

3. Jessica makes Linderman's goon her b¡tch in the elevator... something that stood up for me about the scene is how effortlessly Jessica (we didn't know her name back then) pushes the poor guy around like a rag doll, which just shows us how strong she really is

2. Peter realizes he won't make it out alive from the homecoming event, goes to face his fate. up to that point, Peter had come out as some sort of whining idiot and suddenly he just takes center stage and develops into a whole new character

1. Hiro arrives in the middle of Times Square, it shows you the scope of the story, besides, the first time he says his catchphrase and sets the tone for the series

2. The scene between Claire and Zach during Homecoming in her bedroom (really raised my like and appreciation for both characters)

my favorite scen had to be the kid wiht a cape watching Peter fall over and over as he is trying to fly from monkey bars i also enjoyed when Isaac sees his drawing of Simone and Peter and is just pissed off and called a stalkert:

Thats my favorite moment, I almost forgot he had that power but it was great oh s*** moment. Eden never saw it coming and that made it great.

Hiro's future comic book.

Painting the paintings and the paintings themselves. They give me goosebumbs.

The music; from the little piano tinkle that follows Mohinder around to the ominous wails when Isaac is painting, it all seems to fit for me.

Future Hiro.

"I can do this."

The red umbrella.

Niki's smokin' re-entrance into Nathan's room.

Nathan flies - like frikin' Superman.

Peter trying to puzzle out the 'comic book panels' at Isaac's.

Peter emerges as the first true Hero of the series.

Eden emerges as the second.

I enjoyed Peter's dream. You cant help but feel sorry for him when he is just standing there, Claire says "I'm sorry" and runs, Matt tries to keep Peter away from Mohinder, Nikki, DL and Micah, Simone tries to run to him but Issac holds her back, Hiro and Ando look at him sadly, and finally Nathan walks toward him as he starts to glow and scream.
This series has many great moments.

Couldn't Nathan help in the case of the explosion? He could fly Peter up above the city and sacrifice himself to save the city. Just a thought but knowing how Nathan is, he proably say to suck it up and not explode.

Hes one of the reasons the show kick ass.

-Peter borrowing Isaac's powers.

-Claire's response to Peter to wondering if he really saved the world. " I don't know. I'm just a cheerleader"

-Peter's vision in "Fallout" of course

-Edens freaky voice in "Six Months Ago"

-Nathan screwing over his brother by claiming he was suicidal.

-Claire almost getting raped and being murdered.

-The autopsy scene at the end, even though it didn't make sense.

-The telepathy feedback scene in "Fallout"

-When Claire goes and talks to Zack but Zack doesn't remember talking to her in six years in "Fallout"

-The painting of Hiro fighting the dinosaur

The first time Nathan flies. I was like what the..

And like someone said, when Jessica beats the crap out of that guy

When Sylar breaks the glass and catches Eden

The last episode when Peter has his vision in New York

2. The scene between Claire and Zach during Homecoming in her bedroom (really raised my like and appreciation for both characters)

One of my favourite scenes so far too. It was just a general nice scene, and developed both their characters.

Peter's vision at the end of the last episode also stands out for me. Just eerily cool.
