The Walking Dead Best season to date?

Season 2 is by far my favorite. Tensiom with Rick and Shane, and the missing Sophia arc. Also liked the Terminus stuff.

Season 2 was a real struggle to watch when it aired, but binge watching it on Netflix helped a great deal. There was a ton of great stuff in season 2 that could be missed when struggling to enjoy it's slow burn week to week. It's not a bad season at all.

Since Season 7 is a month away from today. And now we've had time to let Season 6 sink in over the summer. How does Season 6 rank with previous seasons of TWD?

Between the three seasons (Seasons 4-6)with Gimple as showrunner so far. Season 6 is my least favorite of the three unfortunately.

With that said I'm still looking forward to Season 7.

I can't say S6 improved drastically over S5, but it's still continued it's trend of getting better and better. Particularly the first half of S6. Faltered slightly in the mid-season premiere. Picked back up at the end.

It seems as though the show has finally hit a plateau. Which is fine. It's still very good. I'm hoping for another uptick next season though. It has all the makings of a very exciting one.

You're referring to only me I believe. As I'm the only one who has posted since the season aired.

But I think it's called "an opinion." I'm under the impression that due to better writing, better acting, and better budget the show has basically only improved since the first season.
