Its time to decide once and for all, magazines newspapers say who is the best Villain ever. Who is the Best Villain EVER?
By that i mean, best character evolution, best story arc's, best costume, basically the all round better than the rest hero.

Oh and sorry if i missed anyone in the poll.

Just to clarify it's your favorite villain ever, not who you think is the most powerful.
