everything is overpriced, but the indy line is like the star wars line. there very small, but have pretty good articulation and decent sculpts. of course a larger figure like the MM ones are gonna have more detail, because there bigger and allow for that, but i think the indy line is fun and im glad they actually made figures from ALL the movies, not just the new one. lookin foward to the Temple of Doom wave in a few months (if i can even find it).

Totally agreed...I love this line so much Hasbro did a fantastic job...such fun figures and vehicles. I can't wait to get Mola Ram!

Made a run to Target and Wal-Mart this morning. Target had nothing...few BB Batmans. The Wal-Mart had quite a few figures (pegs were full). Nearly half were Jokers, while the others were TDK and BB Batmans. There was only one Scarecrow...

So they did do a new wave of the Movie Master line?

I was at a Meijer in Michigan today, they had two Batmans and a Joker, so I got one of each. I wasn't sure if the recall on Joker was still on or what, I was quite surprised to see him there.
It wasn't even hanging on the rack, it looked like they'd been organizing the toy aisle and these two were just laying on the shelf.
I found an Iron Man Mark 1 nearby, too, and nothing else from that line.


They're quite spiffy. Maybe I'll have to pick up the thug and complete the set. I don't really think I need the Batman w/ Bruce Wayne head, I'm not that hardcore a collector. Tho if I see him around I might be tempted.

My TRU has like 8 BB's and it's annoying because they won't put out the new ones until the old ones are gone (pretty sure)

If I do, I'll pick it up. Beyond that, I'm not dying for one or anything. I wasn't really seeking out the Joker either, they just sort of fell into my lap today.


I went to Meijer's, it's kinda like a Wal-Mart, only in Michigan (and possibly surrounding states, I'm not sure.). I didn't have to check the back cuz it was basically just sitting there. I'm in a college town, so there's not really an insanely large market of raving fanboys waiting to get this stuff. Not even really that many places to go for it either, I just get lucky at the chain markets sometimes. Meijer, Target, Wal-Mart, Toys 'R Us... that's about all we got.

Nah it's alright, I am currently in a position where I don't know if I should open my rare figs or not. I'm not a collector but I like to put them on display in my room and stuff. I'm definitely not opening my Fear Bats but I don't know if I should open the Joker I just got from eBay. I think if I can find one more in stores I'll open one and have the other one in box.

i'm with ya on not opening your fear toxin. mine'll remain MOC. i'm still unsure about what i'll do with my extra Joker. I don't know whether to keep him MOC or open him up to do a custom.

How many do you have? I'd say open one for show, keep one in the box for collector's purposes and if you find one in a store, try making a custom. If you mess up/don't like it you'll at least have your other one.

Target is selling TDK Bats so that means they are getting Wave 1's. But TRU is still selling Wave 2 figs so what does that mean? They're a little behind I guess!

I have two Jokers. one is MOC and the other one is open. I think i will just pic up an extra joker for the custom.

The only MM figures I've found are BB Batman and Scarecrow, neither of which I want.
