I am so damn upset. I can't find the figures I want. I went to about 6 or 7 stores over the weekend and only found BB Batman and TDK Batman. I want Scarecrow and the thug sooooo bad.

Went to TRU and the same figs. I have a feeling that they won't replace the figs or add more until they are all gone. It's annoying but if I ask Target to look up a certain product code, would they be able to find it?

The so-called "product code" you're asking about is actually called the DPCI Number. Or just Item Number.

The DPCI Number for TDK Movie Masters is 087-06-0977.
That item number is same for all the figures in the line.

I NEARLY JUST ***** MY PANTS! So last night, my girlfriend, neighbor and I take a run up to meijers because they have these harvest candles on sale (that smell friggin awesome btw) *pumpkin nutmeg* and this meijers has a history of being ***** for stocking movie masters... But hey, we'll just stop at the dark knight toy end cap anyways...WTF??!! OH YES! a Thug with Joker Mask sitting next to a regular joker and 2 TDK batmans, SNATCHED IT UP QUICK! I was so happy that I didn't have to spend an Outrageous price for this thug on ebay... Also, i was confused when I seen these 2 dark knight batmans, they were in some weird position like they looked like they were running or getting ready to attack, it wasn't just standing straight up... anyone else seen those?... But anyways! I'm only 2 movie masters away from having the whole collection!!

hahaha Oh yes, the candles were purchased too, but I had the candle in my hand when I seen the Joker THUG, i nearly went into panic mode and dropped the candle haha. I was honestly more excited getting the THUG joker than the fear toxin batman, as sad as that sounds because I know how people on here are about the fear toxins... and I don't usually come on these boards and gloat, I just like coming on here to see how everybodies search is going and everyone on here seems cool... but *****....I GOT A JOKER THUG! lol, i'm too happy to hold it in to myself

Actually, no.
Unless someone does actually look to see which ones are in stock (actually seeing w/ their eyes), then maybe.
Otherwise they'll just say, "We have X many in stock."

And your last question, could you rephrase it?
How can we show which figures we have but are'nt in stock?

The next wave is just a re-release of the figures we already have. No new figures until early '09, and no exact release date on the Bat-pod, Mattel is telling us sometime in fall '08. The Two-Face you saw was a basic figure and I haven't been keeping up with those.

hmmm...well, that sucks. Still, for an basic figure, it was pretty cool looking. I might buy him anyway.

I was just at Wal-Mart tonight and they were unloading a bunch of cases of toys. There was a box there that said Dark Knight Movie Masters from Mattel. I opened it and the break down was Two TDK Batmans and Two Jokers. No Bale chase, dammit. I might check back tomorrow and see if I missed anything.

We'e gotten four movie masters, scarecrow, batman, joker and the goon. why dont they realize how huge this is and get on with the production of even minor characters like star-wars. well maybe it hasnt reached that point but still, gordon in multiple outfits, joker in multiple outfits, they can do so much but it seems like its going to be a while once movie masters dies out until we can get a new company with a license.

i think,in honesty,the line caught them off guard...i remember reading an interview with the 4H where they basically said this was a "limited" line,as in smaller production run than the more mass-market friendly 5" line...but MM just EXPLODED,and they were caught with their pants down,and are now playing catch-up with getting everyone who wants these their figures,plus working on new ones...

Finally got my second MM Scarecrow in today, along with some Batman Legends of The Dark Knight figures. All of which I scored from Ebay. Decent prices too, considering the fact that ebay usually tries their best to rape you at every turn. lol I'm going to be making a trip to Wal-Mart within the next couple of days to see if they have any Chase's or thugs. Can't believe how lucky I was the last time I was there. t:

They're producing characters and multiple versionf of the Joker. You can't just snap your figures and have them be totally produced and released. There was alot of demand for these things. Mattel said expect more coming 2009 and the line will continue.

Just curious Reaper...where did you hear that there would definitely be more characters? Not trying to call you out or anything, I really am eager to know.

It was reported in an interview someone had with a Mattel rep at SDCC ... Two Face is coming out early 2009 along with more characters or whatever. Reason it takes so long is it takes about a year for the sculpt to be developed plus production. Two Face's final design wasn't done and ready till the end of post production cause it was mostly CGI.

Makes sense...I was aware of the Two Face MM. Sorta makes you wonder who else we'll see huh? I'm really hoping for a second Scarecrow MM, In his suit.

The Sculpting does take pretty long especially on these since they are pretty acurate. So just be patient. So don't worry. In time, we will get the figs.
