yup exactly...plus ima assume we are going to get no accessories with them either (theyre proton packs will be molded onto theyre bodies so you cant remove them sigh)

mattel is screwing up things they have already made (tdk figures) and havent even made yet (ghostbusters figures) lmao

i really don't understand why anyone is surprised...Mattel took two...yes,TWO ...lines that came out of the gate like barnbusters,and destroyed them both within a year...

MOTU....great sculpts,but increasingly hard to find secondary characters as the line went on led to it's demise....when all the pegs only have He-Man and Skeletor on them,how can you expect people to keep buying them over and over and over again?

Batman....same problem,cases heavy with Batman and Schumacheresque variants,while villians and supporting characters like Robin,The joker,and Mr. Freeze are only 1 per case...they kinda/sorta corrected the problem with the DCUC and DC Superheroes lines before that,but it took many,many years to get 6" DC figures on the pegs again....

!!!!!!! Okay..now this kind of info is what gets lead in the ol' pencil boy! A Commish Gordan figure? No way....it sounds too good to be true...they did make a regular Harvey Dent figure which is basically a dude in a suit...so why not? Gordan could come with a pistol....but...seeing as how Mattel is afraid of accessorizing their figures that aint gonna happen..but just the fact we'll get a Gordan figure (potentially) kicks all kinds of ass!

I can definitely see Movie Masters returning in 2011 or 2012 when the next Batman film is released.

I'm happy that I found a Deathstroke from the kiddy TDK line at Walmart today. I had been looking for it since I saw it. He looks pretty neat but I wish he could do more then just swing one arm though

Just to further confirm the Trench Coat Gordon figure, it's listed in this month's Previews, with the Movie Masters stuff. No picture though. Scheduled to ship in June.

Now don't get me wrong Dark Knight kicked ass..the figures kick ass (although..having them for awhile there is mondo room for improvement i.e.--better cape on Batman--neck joints on Joker look ridiculous...stupid little peg with a hollowed up skull...the Goons are really flimsy in terms of their leg and arm joints they just look...malnourished or something I dunno) and I've been waiting for these suckers for a long time...

...but now that the movie is loooonnng gone and new stuff is coming out and the way Mattel dicked everyone around in the beginning with these figures has left a sour taste in my mouth for some reason.

I think the fact a Gordon figure is (well..supposedly coming out) coming out is unreal....I just wish they released all of these figures in time when the movie was out or at least shortly thereafter

Maybe once I get these new figures like the awesome Two Face, new Joker and Gordon (crosses fingers) and I dont have to scour the ****ing ends of the earth to find them I'll change my tune (..here's hoping!)

ya my walmart had pegs set up for the new movie masters figures so they are in the very near future.

My local Wal-Mart has about 6 pegs empty, labeled for Movie Masters so here's hoping. Virtually all the old TDK merch is gone except for a few Bat-copters and that 10 inch kiddie Joker.

However..anyone else feelin'..I dunno...like the are FORCING themselves to be excited over these toys now

The ridiculous delay certainly takes some of the steam out of the line, but I think when word breaks that they are in stores again the thrill of the hunt will resume....and IF we do get a Gordon, I'll be very excited.
