Bioshock Infinite

Oh. Well, not what I was thinking at all, but cool.

Has to be this.

DeWitt doesn't look as I thought he will look like, but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. I'm just glad he does not look like the generic protagonist so many video games have these days.

Has to be this.

That's correct and as promised, here's your gold star:

:awesome:

Yeah, I was thinking more comicy booky with my first thought. The Han Solo one is close, though, but the posters in the background make it more distinct.

His pose does, but the arm across the younger girl, her expression, and all the posters in the background definitely recall that classic cover.

Besides the pose, the design on the gun DeWitt has is reminiscent of Solo's blaster as well.

Otherwise it looks like an homage to the classic Days of the Future Past cover. A hint maybe? I'm thinking about the [BLACKOUT]tears[/BLACKOUT] or maybe I'm just looking much into it.

Does it matter what the main character looks like? It's 1st person, unless they have cutscenes, we won't see him.

Watching the full 14 minute demo on Gametrailers on Spike right now. Looks decent.

Holy cow, that looks like the single most intense thing ever. :wow:

There was more depth, heart and intensity in the 15 minutes they showed tonight then all the games showed at this E3 combined.

Yeah but the wat they blend between the scripted events and the gameplay feels seamless.

Anyway now I can see why it won so many the Best of Show awards of E3. The demo was ****ing brilliant, and that's an understatement.

That video was simply amazing. After seeing the demo, it makes me more sure that I will buy this game day one.

Holy crap! :wow: That was insanely good looking. Is Elizabeth's 'power' to travel through time? Because this game takes place in the 1910s...and that rift she opened showed a movie theater that was playing Revenge of the Jedi...haha! Nice nod.

I'm suspecting her power is to open tears into other dimensions, in that she shifted to a universe with Revenge of the Jedi rather than Return.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's a tear that momentarily leads momentarily to Rapture. Perhaps the Infinite in the title refers to Infinite realities.

Elizabeth's power with the tears is an interesting, it also could set up how that universe doesn't have to be connected to the same universe in Bioshock.

Also I guess my speculation about a hint of the EGM's cover of Bioshock Infinite to Days of the Future Past it's not far-fetched. I mean, alternate realities.

Not sure, in motion it looked alot more smooth and crisp to me.
It's more of an art-style game anyway, technically it doesn't look very impressive.
