Black Friday thread: Shop Like a Beast!

Don't understand what people are waiting in line for. Everything is available online for Black Friday pricing lol

1.) Not everybody has a computer or smartphone.

2.) They can't wait a few days for it to come in the mail.

:oldrazz:

It wasn't even that the sales were bad – well, they were on Amazon – it just seemed like less stuff was on sale. You could hear crickets on Slickdeals for most of the day.

Agree. This was a weak Black Friday overall

I ordered X-Men: Cerebro Collection(not the one with the helmet) Blu-Ray for 19,95 euros. I was thinking of buying the Indiana Jones collection with the same price but I chose this. More movies and I really want to see X-Men series in HD.

Bought a Moto E from Best Buy for 9.99 as opposed to the 150.00 price it normally is.

Lies. I've seen people from the ghetto with nicer phones than anyone :o

there was leftover cheap movies today at Walmart from BF got Project Almanac and Forrest Gump both for 8 bucks.

Lets get down to the brass tacks - anyone see anything like the King's Landing riot?

I've never gone Black Friday shopping, but I heard a few friends say that where they went wasn't that bad.

Depends where you are. Some places are literally insane while others have normal people.

Black Friday Sales Down More Than $1 Billion

http://time.com/4128592/black-friday-sales-down/

Brick and mortar sales on Black Friday fell from $11.6 billion in 2014 to $10.4 billion in 2015, according to the retail researcher ShopperTrak. Sales on Thanksgiving fell from just over $2 billion to $1.8 billion. Both decreases are attributed to the increase in online sales, the Associated Press reports.

Meanwhile, online sales jumped 14 percent on Black Friday from 2014, bringing in $2.72 billion altogether. The increase came during a week of online sales and promotions leading up to Cyber Monday on Nov. 30, forecasted to be the biggest e-commerce sales day of the year.

Considering how scary it gets out there, I'm not surprised.

I for sure did all my shopping online this year. Didn't step foot into a
Brick and Mortar store with the exception of CVS.

Best Buy is going to go the way of Radio Shack and Circuit City soon...

Deals also sucked. And I noticed that a lot of stuff was the same stuff they were selling last year for the exact same price.

Who the hell is still buying 720p TV's in 2015?

I just bought a few stuff. $100 off at Best Buy and a coupon for 15% at another site.

The ones beating, stabbing and tazing each other to 'save' $10 off the same crappy tv?

Hey my bedroom needs a television, too. :p
