Blu-ray release confirmed!

I completely forgot these are being released tomorrow. Awesome.

My local Best Buy has the 3 movies out on the rack NOW! I didn't see the box set, but if you only wanted 1 or 2 of the flicks and want them now, check your local BB.

The covers are terrible but I am excited about the picture quality. Is there anything new about the Last Stand or is the same release as before?

yeah this one is actually worth getting. It has a second disc filled with special features and a 3rd which containts the digital copy

Nice! I want to pick up all 3, but if I can't, I'll just pick up Last Stand. Obviously, because of the special features.

Christ, I just rewatched the deleted scenes on X-Men for the first time in a few years and still yearn for a director's cut of that film because the deleted scenes are great...just add more character to everyone involved in the scenes.

Maybe, hopefully one day it'll happen.

I plan on picking one or all of these up tommorow. Defenitely the third for the special features.

Bought the boxed set today for $55 bucks on bluray. I was just going to buy X1 and X2 and not give any support for X3 but X1 and X2 were $30 alone so that wouldn't have been smart. X3 was only $20 if that tells you anything:D

It tells you that alotta people already own X3 on DVD.

This is a re-release of X3 that has bonus features, X1 and X2 are making their debut on Blu-Ray.

My Best Buy had any two for $35, in case anyone doesn't know. I was about to buy the box because I thought it'd be cheaper, but now I feel better about not paying for that turd that was the third film.

Even though I didnt like X3, I had to get the Trilogy set just to complete the series

I'm not a completionist at all, so I'm fine with just getting X1 and X2 individually.

Watching X2 again, quite possibly for the first time since seeing The Last Stand years back, I'm similar the ending is to both The Dark Knight and Spider-Man 2. All three endings don't really wrap up everything, but at the same time, there's this feeling that if there isn't a third film, the story still feels complete.

I personally choose to forget that The Last Stand and Spider-Man 3 even exist, so it works out.

Yup. For me, X2 (while not wrapping things up) is a satisfying conclusion.

I just watched both X1 and X2 back t back, with the intent of watching X3, but after X2 ended, I changed my mind.

I did the same thing recently as well. I really did not have the resolve to go through X3 again.

Damn:csad: There were no adverts saying that at my Best Buy:csad: They were 30 bucks a piece so buying the box was cheaper.

Eh, my OCD wouldn't allow me to NOT but X3. :( Even thought I won't be watching it any time soon. :(

It was in the weekly flyer and on BB's website
Our weekly flier had X2 with FF for 35 and didn't say anything like "any combination" and they didn't have a list of movies. They also don't honor online deals at stores and I won't order stuff like that online when it runs the risk of being beaten to **** by the postal office.

Its the same flyer. It has a picture of FF but if you read the text in that box with the special it says "these titles and many more". Both of the X-men films are in that same deal. I can see where the confusion can come in though
