Are some of you honestly saying that the guy (the only guy, probably) who didn't jump on the "fake-Heath Joker" when it was released on the internet, would all of a sudden jump on a pic of "TDK cowls" from some loser fan with no life? Because that's what some of you are implying.

The fact that Jett said he got these from an insider and not a random reader proves they're real.

note the red-lined plastic storage bin with. obviously that's not the same exact one the cowls are in, since the floor is different, but it's conceivable that there are more than one red storage bin

Exactly. Well, it may not prove it, but it does lend a lot of credibility. If he's getting this from a trusted insider then i'm inclinded to believe it.

I certainly don't think Jett's making this up, and I doubt he'd post it if he didn't believe his source was accurate. Or rather, he'd post it, but give proper warning that it could be fake.

Sooner, i'd bet. Hell, maybe tonight. We've got 3 whole months of on location shooting ahead of us. Just look at all the stuff we got out of just the couple days they were there last time. I'm sure we'll get some neat stuff soon.

The ears on the cowl are too bloody short. The BB cowl was pretty damn good - all they had to do was just tweak the design a little so that it doesn't look weird from certain angles and make the neck portion more flexible and it would've been perfect.

well if you look to the left of the box you made there is a red storage bin that is exactly the same. this is legit, end of story.

I've always liked the shorter ears look, so taking a few centimeters off the Begins ears is perfectly fine in my book.

I'm just so damn pumped that the neck is made of a more flexible material.

Some of you guys need to relax. Yes the ears are short but that could mean these cowls are being used for a specific purpose and are not the "regular" cowls. Remember when Batman activates the controls on the Tumbler that place him into the floorboard position? I'm sure they used a cowl with shorter ears so that his head wouldn't get caught on the mechanicals - take a look at that shot again.

Maybe these cowls are easier to manuever in for the zipline sequence? who knows, but for heaven's sake chill the freak out.
