Brand New Day villains

Set photos and videos of a symbol on vehicles has led to this belief (article):

Comic BND spoiler

”At the beginning of Brand New Day, May is doing volunteer work for a homeless shelter named FEAST, run by Martin Li, the supervillain crime boss Mister Negative. At this point, her knowledge of Peter being Spider-Man was erased.”

And in the movies

It’s funny because that recent plot premise that was added to IMDb a month ago is looking either real or an amazing guesser.

Maybe Liza Colon-Zayas is the villain.

We have no idea who she's playing.

I could see her just being a Damage Control exec like this woman from Homecoming

I think she's playing someone important. She was cast months in adavance. Right after Sadie Sink. No way it's a bit part.

I don't even remember her from Homecoming.

She was the Department of Damage Control rep; I think her only scenes were with Keaton

Rumors are there’s a big action piece between Spidey & Punisher around a DoDC transport; maybe Damage Control plays a bigger role in this movie

I'm starting to get the sense that the film's main antagonist might actually be Punisher and the rumored Spidey villains are secondary antagonists. I just find it very odd that there weren't any major casting announcements before filming started, though it's possible they're saving those for one big announcement.

At the same time, Michael Mando, known for his work on Better Call Saul, is returning to reprise the role of the Scorpion, the villain character whom he first played in Spider-Man: Homecoming, the 2017 feature that kicked off the Holland-centric Spider-Man movies.

I wonder if Tom Peter is going to develop an aversion to the color green. All of his Spider-Man movies has had one of the villains being green themed, and then there's Dr Doom...

To be honest, I'm always going to be a little annoyed that we'll probably never see Spider-Man fight Kraven in a movie.
