hey i know im a newbie, but i was listening to the radio (i live in Austraila) and John Cusack was saying his new film was a Nolan/Goyer production. as a stapping young government lawyler. He was asked if it was the new batman flick and he jokinly laughed and said he cant say. But he said he was starring opposite of Oldman and Bale. He said within the next few days the announcement will be offical.

I like Cusack, but I can't see him as Two-Face. Harvey Dent sure, but not Two-Face. Anyway, I highly doubt that this is true.
