I want to be honest... I really don't care about how sexy she looks, but I do kinda hope the next costume is a bit more tighter. I just think it'd look cooler.

Ha, well I feel oddly patriotic in saying the gay version looks better than the straight one, I must say. More comic accurate too.

I'm having a surprisingly hard time picturing a straight porn parody of Winter Soldier or Civil War.

Look let me make it clear. If the film wants to do an ACTUAL equivalency to the "male heroes with their shirts off/in tight-fitting civilians clothes" with Carol, and it's decently-written, then I have NO problems with that. Heck if you want to have Carol get a LI in the film and have sex, then I have no problem with it as long as it's decently-written (I had no issues with Diana and Steve Trevor doin the nasty in the Wonder Woman movie for example).

But those are VERY different matters than trying to argue that her wearing a skimpy/revealing outfit, somehow are "equivalent" because they're not.

All of their costumes really (when they're in costume). Our cap looks like he's survived a war and theirs looks like they found him on the toilet floor of some bar somewhere

It appears that Marvel have actually teamed up with Team USA and Spyder (the uniform company) for the Winter Olympics. So it's not just her that is skiing in a Captain Marvel outfit. Others will too. And some of the men will be dressed as Captain America.

Aside from knowing the fact that she's Spider-Woman, I'm relatively unfamiliar with the character of Jessica Drew. So, I can't speak to that. My quibble with casting her as Jessica Drew is the fact that Jessica wouldn't be likely to have a large part and I think that Blunt would be best utilized carrying a film.

On a side note, I like Scarlett, but it's a trip how easy it is to imagine EB being a better Black Widow.

That role was stolen from her by fate. BW would already have had a film in production if Emily would have got the role.
