because goku went to a higher level of ssj4 to have comparable powers

If the powers are comparable, then Goku still wouldn't be stronger, he would be equally strong as, or actually a tad bit weaker, cause he WAS still just a TAD bit weaker.

Ok, first of all the beyonder has massive reality warping powers on a solar system scale, no character from DBZ could stand a chance against him, pretty much every marvel cosmic could own DBZ characters, its not that big of a deal really, beyonds a cosmic entity basically..SSJ4 gogeta while powerful still wasnt up to that tier of power by any means

Oh, and Broly could simply own the hulk, he may not be as fast as other Z fighters, but he still has superspeed to a degree, even luke cage has been known to easily dodge around the hulks punches, and someone in the speed range of broly, going atleast around the speed of lightning can dodge around hulk all day, broly at first couldnt slug it out with hulk, and even if he powered up that would probably give hulk time to get angrier too, but theres nothing to stop him from putting hulk down long enough to fly up and blast him to bits

I can see Vegetto beating the likes of Quasar, most eternals (who mosty rank in the Class 50 range), Firelord, Nova , Air walker, Terrax and even the silver surfer.

Being a cosmic doesn't given you instant win.

Stardust has been beaten by Beta ray Bill

The stranger has been beaten by Juggernaut

Hell Ego the living planet has been beaten by both Thor and Beta ray bill

The top tier cosmics I admit would own him but thats not a big deal really because they pretty much own everyone . Thats why they are top tier
