That would be awesome. During last yr's comic con, that question came up:

Series Creator Matt Nix and other panelists were asked about the chance for a straight-to-DVD Burn Notice feature film. Nix was quoated as saying “We’ve entertained the idea”. “We all start thinking, ‘Wow, we should crash two helicopters into each other. Maybe we need a movie budget.’ ”

Bruce Campbell made the promise that anything related to Burn Notice would never rely on CGI effects. “Matt just blows [things] up,” said Campbell.
