Not according to the legislation. It's almost a year since I studied rape law, but I'm pretty sure rape can't be committed using a *****. It's reserved for the penis because of the prospect of getting STDs and becoming pregnant.

STDS and Pregnency are not the reasons why rape is one of the, if not the most, grotesque things a person can do.......

it's all about forcing something sexual upon another peson, who does not want it.... it's all about the victim being overpowered by the attacker... it's more about having power and control over another, then sex........ go ask any pych.....

In English law you wouldn't be charged with rape. You'd be charged with a whole range of other sexual offences, and probably get just as harsh a sentence, but you wouldn't be a 'rapist', just a 'sexual offender'.

I know.... I just hate it that (some) women want equal rights as men, but don't want the same hardships that we have.... I don't think classifying an act by a man as rape, and one by a woman as some other sexual offence is necessarily unfair. It's society itself who pins that extra stigma upon rape. We need to look at a crime and see that even if it doesn't go by the name of rape, it is still an equally grotesque crime.
